GIVING THE POWER BACK TO THE PEOPLE
GIVING THE POWER BACK TO THE PEOPLE
First and foremost, I am a resident in Douglasville’s District 64 community. I am wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and an entrepreneur. I am relatable! Your concerns are my concerns. Together we can make a difference about crime, better education, better care for our veterans, better care & rebates for our small business owners, farmers, homeowners, and better pay for our public safety workers as we continue to fight for our civil rights and liberties.
Crimes have increased not just in our District 64 but in Georgia! Local officials indictments have increased! Taxes continue to climb while governmental public funds are misused! Rather than our political parties diffusing racism and division in our communities — they fuel what keeps us separated.
In particular, district rezoning which herds us into neatly, controlled areas! All these issues trickle down into destroying Georgia’s economy which I am greatly concerned, for it is in our districts where we begin to see the deterioration of our communities, one by one and it starts with district rezoning to silence our voices and our votes.
I am dedicated as your advocate for our families and especially our children. They are our future, eternal torch bearers! As your State Representative in District 64, I offer the olive branch at my table. We need to do something different rather than the norm of institutionalized politics business as usual!
We need transparency, fresh faces and new energy to bring about the necessary changes for District 64! Let’s move forward to be part of the solutions rather than part of the problems. Together we can resolve issues we face in District 64! I want to hear from YOU! I want to make a difference by restoring power to the people, and it starts with your support for my candidacy as your State Representative for Douglasville District 64!
Can I count on your vote?
Georgia legislators want to reclassify independent contractors as waged workers. Independent contractors such as: servers, landscapers, dancers, construction workers, welders, farm hands, and more will be affected. Let's legislate policies to eliminate the difficulties for small businesses to thrive.
Typically, when a state is thriving economically, even smaller cities reap the benefits. When the dollar circulates people are happy, crime is usually lowered, and people are more likely to spend money in their own communities. Thriving economies, makes for happier communities.
Georgia residents over pay taxes on a variety of assets annually. This can occur even if you are not a homeowner. I am advocating for refunds to be returned back to the people of Georgia, who, rightfully deserve to be compensated for over taxation.
A vote for me is a vote for your money back.
Every day Georgia officials risk their lives to protect our communities. They are often under paid, and left without health care. I want to legislate policies that encourage state level employment, proper screening procedures, and influence safer work environments for employees.
Many veterans come home from war with battle scars of mental illness and physical disabilities. Some have lost their spouses and family members due to the challenges they face to re-entering society as civilians. Often, they are left without healthcare coverage, food, and shelter. I believe America would not be possible without them.
I am for our veterans first --America first!

My ethnicity, gender, and party affiliation should have nothing to do with the fact that I care about humanity! There is no middle ground in politics. It's your choice to be recognized as Democrat or Republican! However, at the end of the day, we all bleed red; and in doing so, there is no rubber stamp that says one way or another what party affiliation we side with. In fact, there should be no division when it comes to the moral values of America. Our platform should represent We the People- not me, myself, and I. Our platform should scream UNITY! For me, MLK Jr. and Rosa Parks were great influencers in my life. These great civil rights pioneers paved the way for people to get involved and make a difference. Instead, some small minded people continue to organ grind the same segregated note with their last stunt to shift boundary lines. This tactic is called district rezoning. That, my friends, is how I ended up, a Republican in a newly zoned district labeled Democrat. Somewhere we have snuffed out MLK Jr.'s torch for civil rights. We have lost sight of his speech, "I have a dream". What we should be concerned about is our moral valves to restore our rights and freedom to vote for the best candidate be it male or female, black or white, Democrat or Republican- It's our freedom of choice to vote!
A vote for me is a vote for you.
